More On Confusion

(Or in my case Moron Confusion). I guess I'm more for gender honesty without the - wink! wink! - sexuality brought in. If a woman admires another woman, whoa, she may be bi- or a dyke and wouldn't it be neat to get both women into bed. If a guy even thinks about another guy from an appreciative viewpoint, he's gay. No two ways about it. Gayer than a bluebird on the Tree of Happiness. Yet, speaking for myself, I'm flagrantly and obnoxiously hetero-, arguably to a point of perversion yet I can appreciate a male and not just based on looks. Johnny Depp being an exception. Maybe it's a charisma thing (and not just Charisma Carpenter, woof!). Some people are just interesting to be around.

In any case, I'd like for me (and my kids) to be able to like someone without regard to gender or ethnicity or religious beliefs or political orientation, and not get generically ridiculed for doing so.

Tom Cruise ain't too bad either but Nicole's is beginning to look like she hits the sauce a bit too much. No meanness intended just an observation.

In reality I think that interest, attraction, and sexuality are broader in definition and more fluid than many people are comfortable with. Even as a lesbian, I have to admit some fascination with Johnny Depp, Lenny Kravitz, and Sting.

I like to see men who are comfortable enough with themselves and their sexuality to be able to say some other man is attractive or interesting to be around. I think that says alot about that man. We need more like you.

People get so bent out of shape about sexuality. But having the honesty to say that Lenny Kravitz is an attractive man is just that, saying he's attractive....it isn't saying you'd like to have sexual relations with him! Saying someone is attractive doesn't mean you are necessarily attracted TO THEM. Folks need to lighten up!
