How Do You Spell Hypocrisy
04.20.04 (1:59 pm)   [edit]
BUFFALO, N.Y. (Reuters) - The White House said on Tuesday the U.S.-led coalition in Iraq was stable despite plans by Spain and Honduras to withdraw their troops and U.S. officials worked to head off any more defections.

The White House hopes to secure a new United Nations resolution for Iraq that would help encourage other nations to help with security and rebuilding. But a scenes of hostage-takings and rebellions in the U.S.-occupied country will add to the difficulty of that task.

"We must continue to rally a coalition of the willing, to stay tough and determined," President Bush told a fund-raiser in New York for the Republican National Committee.

Meanwhile as noted yesterday other Republican forces are attempting to re-instate the draft. Do you think for a moment that Senator Hagen is acting on his own, or perhaps he had a little incentive or blessing from higher up? Certainly it's a no-risk ploy for Bush. Have a compatriot suggest the draft. If a stink is raised, act like the suggestion is too extreme and we're not that type of country. If the suggestion doesn't raise a stink, start 'er up.

Or Just start 'er up anyway. It's not like Bush gives a damn about Americans. "Coalition of the willing" - American youths need not apply. Your names are already known.

interesting comments ; )

i have recently found two distinct spellings for hypocrisy:
D-e-m-o-c-r-a-t is one, the other is R-e-p-u-b-l-i-c-a-n.
i guess it's like Coke and Pepsi: the calories, carbonation, caffeine and ill effects are all pretty much the same. you just gotta decide which flavor you stand for...
