Moore, Moore, Moore - How'd You Like It?
05.25.04 (11:21 am)   [edit]
He wins the Palm D'Or in Cannes. Gosh, maybe "Fahrenheit 9/11" has a kernel of truth in it somewhere. Meanwhile we're still looking for bin Laden, singing:

(to the tune of Bill Bailey)

"Won't you give up bin Laden?"
"Won't you give up?"
"Bush moans the whole night long"
"I'll shift the troops, bin Laden. I'll bomb Iraq"
"I'll fly your family home."
"I need to get elected, get my career resurrected,"
"Bin Laden, won't you please give up."

Actually, the movie has no kernel of truth in it....at least according to most movie reviewers...

By the way, you act as if winning the best film at Cannes is the good housekeeping seal....could it be that there is a kernel of truth in the fact that France hates the United States?

It was Richard Clarke, by the way, that authorized the bin Laden family flight home. Richard Clarke, if you recall, is the one bitching about Bush and the war on terror. Richard Clarke was a devoted Clintonite.

I think it's hilarious that you think Bush wants bin Laden to give up.....you guys did the same thing about Hussein and then, when Bush got him, it was no big deal. Expect the same when we find bin Laden-- dead or alive.[

Keep living in your ignorant box.

It's called sarcasm. The best liars are those who mix in truths. I doubt that Moore's film is entirely false but certainly his lies are killing people, unlike the lies told by Bush et al to get us in to Iraq.

bin Laden, as I've previously predicted, will likely be caught just in time for good pre-election photo-ops by Bush. Dead or alive will be irrelevant.

Howzit feel to have the Government do your thinking for you?

Stupid typos..
The sentence " I doubt that Moore's film is entirely false but certainly his lies are killing people..." should read " I doubt that Moore's film is entirely false but certainly his lies aren't killing people..."
Make the mental change if you have that much capacity.

BTW, should we give the Statue of Liberty back to the French?

And if you're so revenge motivated why aren't you OUTRAGED that the 100,000 troops we have in Iraq aren't in Afghanistan/Pakistan looking for bin Laden (remember him? 9/11? Proven terrorist?)
