I bought a Brother priter/copier/fax for almost nothing. I also got the extended warranty, which I usually forego, but I knew this item had a bad reputation. Sure enough, it broke down. I returned it to Frys. They honored the warranty, but it was a two hour process of being moved all over the store and waiting in line forever. Still, I'll put up with the bad customer service for the sake of variety and price. Now, Circuit City is another story. I will not return because they go beyond inconvenient, to abusive in their treatment of customers. By the way, got a great 2gb mp3 player this week at Microcenter, for $28. The 1 gb is about $20. I like Microcenter, and always stop there on the way to Frys just in case they have the item I am looking for. posted by: Marsiria (reply) post date: 03.14.08 (10:50 pm) to exceed .18,000,000.
